- Hawaii Chapter — National Employment Lawyer's Association — A national organization of over 3,500 plaintiffs lawyers, was founded in 1985 to provide assistance and support to lawyers in protecting the rights of employees against the greater resources of their employers and the defense bar.
- Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations — responsible for ensuring and increasing the economic security, well-being, and productivity of Hawaii’s workers.
- Hawaii Civil Rights Commission — Article I, Section 5 of the Hawaii Constitution provides that “no person shall be denied the enjoyment of civil rights or be discriminated against in the exercise thereof because of race, religion, sex or ancestry.” The legislature gave meaning to this commitment by creating the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission (HCRC)
- Hawaii AFL-CIO — a voluntary federation of 72 local affiliate unions and councils in the State whose parent international unions are affiliated at the national level with the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO).
